I love looking at statistics such as these since it gives you a very good look at the amount of inventory and the direction of the market. I like the first listing of data with the year-to-year comparison of 2008 v 2009. The trend is definitely down, but nothing says it better than numbers. This was a very nice, informative post of your market!
