This is such a SWEET DEAL! Price reduced $90,000 to pay off the bank! Must see to believe!This home has a charming, storybook feel, created by the European styling and extensive trim and details.

Mara, that slate roofing has to be seen. I have seen it up north and it is very cool. Great that you emphasized that part. Good luck with it. With the discount you should get some good traffic!

Mara, This home is beautiful.  And the low price is amazing.  When I see homes like this I know I could live so much easier somewhere else!

Wow its so beautiful and CHEAP! it's amazing how you have all these cheap places there, too bad I don't have a work in such places :) I also want to buy house in the naples area but its more expensive...

Gary - this home is truly the one I'd move into if I could. I love the warmth of all the wood and the flow of earthiness and light, and it is built like fine artwork. And the finest roofing in Auburn, AL!

Donald - thanks for appreciating this incredible house for sale with an amazing price. I do hope someone realizes the deal here soon!

Carole - That's one of the best things, I think, about this area...lower housing prices than the national average, lower taxes, lots of land...but, I've learned that every place in the world seems to have its beauty and specialness...and also things that need our care and attention---like you're doing so beautifully for Long Island and New York. We know to embrace the beaty of wherever we are...and bring it to view. :-)
