Mara, I had to laugh when I saw this, I thought you must have posted the wrong price! I don't believe you can get a tiny co-op here for what that large home costs!

I would recommend some decluttering and removing of the personal items and some of the decorations (such as the horse from above the fireplace). Also, can the folded table in front of the refrigerator be removed? Clear off the kitchen counters too will help open up the kitchen.
I'm noticing a lot more of my favorite blogs are posting listings these days. I hope this is a good sign. I know my listing activity has gone way up lately and the deals are outstanding.
