A SLICE OF LOCALISM.COM PIE

Presenting a Visual Tour for properties is, without a doubt, an essential marketing tool. For BUYERS,  it's like a golden key to the city, unlocking homes to view 24/7. For Sellers, it helps put their best foot forward and can bring peace of mind that their home is LIVE, ON THE MARKET, gaining maximum exposure. Prospective homebuyers are finding tours online all the time. Some search specifically for homes with visual tours ONLY. Posting your listings to LOCALISM.com via ACTIVE RAIN, increases visibility as it sails into the worldwide web. Once a week, I update my Sellers with activity reports for their Visual Tours, which are generated from the tour site and emailed to me. It's encouraging and effective. Lately, I've been noticing the slice of the pie chart that illustrates the visual tours that were viewed from people logged on to LOCALISM.com. My highest compliments to the chef! Localicious!

Mara, that's a great pie chart distribution showing the total views. I'm surprised that Realtor.com doesn't have the biggest number of views considering it has the highest web traffic. You must do very well driving traffic to your own web site. Congratulations. Localism is moving up and not an insignificant portion either.

Mara, I'm so happy to hear Localism will be back, many consumers read it regularly and then looked to you for help when they needed it.

Great info, Mara!  This is the type of info that sellers like to see, whether they're FSBO's or new to the market!  Thanks so much for the post!

Mara, Having the numbers, out in front of your clients, is very smart in this market.  Nice illustration!

It's a Good Life!

Love the cookies in the borders!  I am going to start to do this.  I just started Craig's List earlier last week and have seen good results.  Bottom line, your tours need to be where the people are!

Excellent idea - putting virtual tours on your listings that you post to AR! I should have thought of that! And you track it too!

Hi Mara, This is most impressive and it demonstrates what most have said that localism is getting to be a significant competitive tool that we help all us with the local nod when these consumers make a move.
