TODAY, January 10, 2011 at 7:30 PM CST, the National title for the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) is on the line. This series showcases the best teams in college football, designed to pit the top two teams in America, against each other in the national championbship game, and the rivaling teams are the AUBURN TIGERS and the OREGON DUCKS.
The Auburn Tigers have been in the national arena before, winning a national title--- but the year was 1957!
It's time to score again!
I think it's quite an achievement, just to have a place in this arena, so congrats to Tiger and Duck fans everywhere, for cheering your teams on to the National Championship game.
Last night's ice storm has everyone huddling into their favorite sports bar and warming up with duck wings and team spirit, awaiting the kickoff, broadcasting live on ESPN from Glendale, AZ, where the other half of the Auburn fans have traveled, and will fill the stadium.
It will be exciting and highly entertaining, and, as always, I'll be cheering for the team with the highest score!

Well Mara, this is the Tigers moment in the sun. I asked local Auburn alum if they were watching the game and they laughed at me. They are AT the game. True to the core Auburn fans. Good luck to your hometown boys. Cam should work over the quack attack.
They are about to take the field.....there go the quackers......and now the Tigers!!!
Gary - and what a shining moment it turned out to be! Toomers Corner was packed and rolled into the early hours of morning with thousands of fans!
Ann - yes, there WENT the quackers! What a game!
Congrats on your team winning the game. My money was on Auburn:)
hey Bill, well you were right on the money! :-)
Mara -
Congratulations!
From the ActiveRAIN Duck.
Bill -
60 per cent of the public bet on Auburn.
You were right on the money.
It remains to be seen if Cam Newton was right on THE money.
You're a great sport, Jim. And what an exciting game, well played by your team! For now, though, I'll leave you with just one word: quack!
