Wow Mara, things are looking up for residential sales in Auburn with the median and average sales prices UP!   Overall residential sales look good as well.  Our median and average sales prices are up in four of our six major MLS market areas in our county from last year.

Your mortgage rate graph says it all about how great our current interest rates are!  Nice job, Mara!!!
