Another beauty of a home there you have to offer Mara. Do they give you only the best ones? I like the light and openness feeling this one enjoys. Good luck with it and all your Auburn and Opelika properties.

Mara, What a pretty home, best of luck on the listing.  I can't believe the HOA is just $9 a month...I've never heard of that!  And the price is so low I'm sure it will fly off the market.

Mara, Auburn is looking more and more attractive to me. Are you going to ReBar in Raleigh next month?

Mara good luck with Deerfield Drive! The home looks like it is in great shape. I like the family room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace!

Mara...indeed a great home! Looks a bit like one I just sold here in Atlanta, altho it was about $100k more than that! You've got some great opportunities in your marketplace!

And the best REALTOR to sell them!
