This is a really sweet deal on a home for sale in Auburn, AL. 4065 Mara Vista Drive is a brand new, completed home. It's now bank-owned. Seller is completing punchlist items and offers a 4-year home warranty that would become effective the day of closing. Don't pass this by!

Mara, The home is lovely...you can't beat the price or the fact that it comes with a warranty!  Good luck, I don't think it will last long on the market.
