Hi Mara, that absorption rate getting larger and over 12 months must make it tough to be a seller these days. Very thorough report as always and very helpful for folks in your area.
Mara...great report. Everytime I see one of these it reminds me I need to be pulling these numbers and doing the same thing for my market. I think I avoid doing it because I know it won't look pretty, but I need to remember it's the credibility I will gain for "keepin it real" that hopefully will help in the long run!

Gary - hello and thanks for stopping by! I'm amazed at how much continues to come on the market. There are a lot of Sellers who want to buy, but need to sell first. The gears have really slowed down.
Thom - I played around with different ways to post this and keep it somewhat easy to view...I think your local board office might have the stats for your area. And... OMG! 4 hours?!! that is a record. I hope you'll be blogging about the details. I'll be looking for them. cheers!
