Missy - this is the best price per sf for new construction around here!
Bill - A builder introduced this wonderful product to this area about 2 yeears ago...they were selling like hotcakes. Because of the banks refusing to finance any more construction loans (after he purchased several subdivisions!), he's gone out of business. It's unfortunate, because this was a hot seller and now there are just about 4 left in the county. He had researched for 18 months to get the best prices on all his materials and make it so affordable. I agree. The inspired design is beautiful!

Debe - Thanks for stopping by. I think I know what you mean about the postlets, and I think it's a browser issue. Try looking at one of your posts from a different computer or sign into 2 browsers, or, better yet, look over someone's shoulder and have them sign in & check out your postlet. I do seem to have the same problem.
